    Where does Jacqueline Burchell ships to?

    Although we are located in Singapore, many of our products are shipped internationally.


    How do I add items to Cart?

    Whenever you see an item on The Quirky Shop that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph and a page dedicated to that item will be displayed. You should see a prominent ‘Add to Cart’ icon. If there are options to be selected, simply select the options and the ‘Add to Cart’ icon would appear.

    Adding the item(s) to Cart does not commit you to purchase them. After you placed the item(s) in your shopping cart, you can either proceed to checkout and purchase the product or continue shopping. You may add as many products to your cart as you like.


    How do I check out the item(s) in my Cart?

    When you decide to purchase the item(s) in your cart, click on ‘CHECKOUT,’ located in the ‘Cart’. This will begin the checkout process. Our payment gateway is Paypal, so you may either checkout with a Paypal Account OR your credit card. You may pay via Credit Card via Paypal, so it is not necessary to have a Paypal Account. Please provide us with all the necessary information (especially a complete and appropriate shipping address and contact information) in the checkout page.

    The entire checkout sequence should take less than two minutes. We normally take 3 to 5 working days to mail out your order depending on the availability of each item ordered. Of course if we have all stocks available, we will mail it out sooner ;)

    We will send you a follow-up email and mark your order as ‘FULFILLED’ when your order is shipped.


    How much are your shipping charges?

    Courier Service: Singpost (Registered Mail) 

    Local Shipping:

    • $0 to $49.90 - $3.50 (Registered Mail)
    • $50 and above - Free delivery (Registered Mail)

    At the moment, our check out system is only available for Singapore and Malaysia. For international buyers, please contact us directly at 

    What are the Payment Options?

    We have taken immense care to ensure that your shopping experience with us is completed with safety and efficiency in every aspect of paying for your order. For that reason we have chose Paypal as our payment gateway. Paypal accepts payments from all major credit cards.

    For Singaporean customers, we accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer (to our DBS account) and Cash on Delivery (For self-collection only) as well. 
    - Bank Transfer details will be provided after Checkout if you have selected ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ as your payment mode during check out. 
    - For Self-Collection, please use the ‘Arrange Order Pick Up' form and state your preferred pick up date (within 1 week) and time.


    How long will it take to process my order?

    Unless there is an indicated shipping date in the product description, we normally take 3 to 5 working days to process and mail out your order depending on the availability of each item ordered. Of course if we have all stocks available, we will mail it out sooner ;)
